Shipping Policy

Overview

Seeit Promo Australia supplies promotional products, branded merchandise, apparel, corporate gifts and custom order products across Australia.

Many of our products are sourced from supplier warehouses, decorated by specialist production teams, or shipped directly from our supplier network. Because of this, shipping timeframes can vary depending on product availability, branding method, artwork approval, production time and delivery location.

Order Processing

Orders are processed once the order details, payment terms, artwork, proof approval and any required purchase order or written approval have been received.

For custom branded products, production timeframes begin after written artwork approval has been received, not from the original enquiry or quote date.

Please ensure all product details, quantities, colours, sizes, branding positions, delivery addresses and artwork proofs are checked carefully before approval.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes vary depending on the product, supplier, decoration method and delivery address.

Estimated delivery times may be provided at the quote or order stage. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing by Seeit Promo Australia.

Delivery may be affected by stock availability, supplier production schedules, artwork delays, freight delays, public holidays, courier delays, customs delays, weather events or other factors outside our control.

Custom Branded Orders

Custom branded, decorated, made-to-order, kitted, packed or supplier-direct orders may require additional production time before dispatch.

This includes products that are printed, embroidered, engraved, debossed, labelled, heat-transferred, packaged, assembled or otherwise customised.

If you have a specific event date or deadline, please advise us before placing your order so we can confirm whether the timeframe is achievable.

Supplier Direct and Dropshipped Orders

Some products may be shipped directly from our supplier network.

Where items are shipped from different supplier warehouses, your order may arrive in multiple deliveries. Separate freight charges may apply.

Supplier-direct deliveries are subject to supplier dispatch times, stock availability and courier networks.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the product type, quantity, carton size, weight, supplier location, delivery address and delivery service required.

Freight may include supplier freight, warehouse handling, split delivery charges, direct dispatch costs and carrier fees.

Where no freight company is specified, Seeit Promo Australia will arrange shipping using our carrier network by what we consider to be the most practical, economical or suitable method.

Shipping costs may be added to your quote, invoice or final order total.

Delivery Address

Goods will be delivered to the address provided in writing at the time of order.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the delivery address is complete and correct, including business name, contact name, phone number, street address, level, unit number, loading dock details or delivery instructions.

Seeit Promo Australia is not responsible for delays, redelivery charges, lost goods or additional freight costs caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

Shipping Instructions

All shipping instructions must be provided in writing before dispatch.

This includes requests for delivery to a business address, residential address, event venue, warehouse, fulfilment centre, multiple locations or a specific carrier.

If special delivery instructions are required, please advise us before placing your order.

Split Deliveries

Orders may be split into multiple deliveries if products are sourced from different suppliers, decorated at different locations, or dispatched from separate warehouses.

Additional freight costs may apply for split deliveries, multiple delivery addresses or staged deliveries.

Authority to Leave

If you request authority to leave, or if goods are left unattended by the courier, the goods are left at your risk.

Seeit Promo Australia is not responsible for loss, theft, weather damage or damage after delivery has been completed.

Risk in Transit

Insurance on goods in transit is at the customer’s risk unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Once goods are dispatched, collected by a carrier, or delivered to the nominated address, risk may pass to the customer, subject to Australian Consumer Law.

If you require freight insurance, please request this before your order is dispatched.

Delayed, Lost or Damaged Deliveries

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your order is delayed, lost, damaged in transit, or appears to have missing cartons, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@seeitpromo.com.au.

Please include your order number, delivery address, tracking details if available, and clear photos of any damaged packaging or products.

We will work with the supplier, courier or freight provider to investigate the issue and assist with a suitable resolution where possible.

International, Imported and Indent Products

Some products may be imported, indent ordered or sourced from overseas suppliers.

Imported and indent products may be subject to longer lead times, freight delays, customs processing, exchange rate changes, import costs, clearance charges, duties and local delivery fees.

Unless otherwise stated, import-related charges may be additional.

Orders for custom made, imported, overseas-sourced or indent products generally cannot be cancelled due to delays caused by external factors once the order has been approved and production or procurement has commenced.

Delivery to Events or Deadlines

If your order is required for an event, campaign, conference, trade show or deadline, please advise us before placing your order.

Seeit Promo Australia will make reasonable efforts to meet confirmed deadlines, but we are not responsible for delays caused by late artwork approval, late payment, stock shortages, supplier delays, freight delays, incorrect delivery information or events outside our control.

Urgent orders may incur rush production fees, priority freight charges or additional supplier fees where available.
