Welcome to Seeit Promo Australia.

The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Seeit Promo Australia. Seeit Promo Australia operates this website and provides promotional products, branded merchandise, apparel, corporate gifting, kitting, decoration, sourcing and related services.

By visiting, browsing, requesting a quote, approving artwork, placing an order, or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Returns and Refunds Policy, and any other policies referenced on our website.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our website or placing an order. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our website or services.

Section 1 — Website Use and Account Information

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or territory of residence.

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when submitting an enquiry, requesting a quote, creating an account, approving artwork, or placing an order.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Section 2 — Our Products and Services

Seeit Promo Australia supplies promotional products, custom branded merchandise, apparel, uniforms, corporate gifts, packaging, kitting and related services.

We make every effort to display products, colours, sizes, materials, branding options and product information accurately. However, product colours, finishes and appearance may vary depending on your screen, device settings, stock batch, supplier photography, decoration method and product material.

Catalogue and website images are indicative only and should not be relied on for exact colour matching. If colour, material, sizing or finish is important, please request a current sample before placing your order.

We reserve the right to update, change, discontinue or limit products, services, pricing, colours, branding options and availability at any time without notice.

Section 3 — Quotes, Pricing and Website Prices

All pricing excludes GST unless otherwise stated.

Prices shown on our website are indicative only and should not be assumed to be the final confirmed price. Final pricing may depend on quantity, branding method, setup charges, freight, supplier pricing, artwork requirements, stock availability and GST.

Quotes are based on the information available at the time and may change if order details, product availability, supplier costs, freight costs, exchange rates, decoration requirements or artwork requirements change.

Quotes for quantities above the maximum quantity shown on a price list are available on request.

Section 4 — Orders and Written Instructions

All orders, purchase orders, artwork approvals, shipping instructions, order changes and cancellations must be provided in writing.

We do not accept responsibility for verbal instructions. Any instruction that affects product choice, quantity, branding, artwork, delivery address, deadline or order details must be confirmed in writing.

When you place an order, approve a quote, submit a purchase order, or approve artwork, you are making an offer to purchase. Seeit Promo Australia reserves the right to accept, decline, change or cancel an order where required, including due to stock availability, pricing errors, supplier issues, artwork issues, payment issues or delivery limitations.

Your order is not confirmed until it has been accepted by Seeit Promo Australia.

Section 5 — Artwork Requirements

For embroidery, we may require suitable logo files such as JPEG, TIF, GIF, EPS, AI or other acceptable formats depending on the job.

For screen printing, pad printing, engraving, badging, embossing, foil printing, digital printing and similar decoration methods, vector artwork is usually required. Preferred file types include EPS, AI or PDF, with text converted to outlines, curves or paths.

For flags, banners, pull-up displays and large-format print, preferred files include EPS, PDF, AI or CorelDRAW files. Fonts must be converted to outlines, paths or curves. Links should be embedded. Files should generally be supplied in CMYK, not RGB.

Where PMS or Pantone colours are required, they must be supplied with the artwork. If PMS colours are not supplied, the closest available colour match will be used.

Colour matching is completed as closely as reasonably possible, but exact colour matching cannot be guaranteed across different materials, print methods, product batches, fabrics, screens, catalogues or website images.

If your artwork provider charges us to access, supply, amend or prepare artwork, this cost may be passed on to you.

Section 6 — Artwork Approval and Proofs

Artwork prepared by Seeit Promo Australia will be submitted for approval by email or digital proof.

Production and delivery timeframes begin from the date written artwork approval is received.

Please check all artwork, spelling, colours, logo placement, product details, quantities, sizing, delivery details and branding positions carefully before approving.

Once artwork, proofs, order details, sizing, colours, quantities, branding positions or product specifications have been approved in writing, Seeit Promo Australia is not responsible for mistakes identified after approval.

Returns, refunds, credits or replacements will not be accepted where the final product matches the approved proof, artwork, order confirmation, written instructions or approved specifications.

The first two digital proofs may be supplied at no charge. Additional changes to proofs may incur extra charges.

Physical proofs may be available for some products and may incur additional charges. Some products may have higher proofing costs. Repeat setup charges may apply once a proof is approved.

Where a client chooses in writing to proceed without a proof, the goods are produced at the client’s risk and no claim will be considered for issues that would reasonably have been identified during proofing.

Section 7 — Custom Branded and Made-to-Order Products

Many products supplied by Seeit Promo Australia are custom branded, decorated, made to order, ordered from suppliers, or shipped directly from supplier warehouses.

Custom branded, decorated, personalised, kitted, packaged, special order, imported, or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled, returned, refunded or exchanged unless they are faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly.

This includes products that have been printed, embroidered, engraved, debossed, labelled, heat-transferred, patched, packaged, kitted, assembled or otherwise customised with your logo, artwork, branding, design or requested specifications.

Section 8 — Apparel and Sizing

General apparel items may only be returned or exchanged if approved by Seeit Promo Australia and if they are unused, unworn, unwashed, unbranded, in original condition, with tags where applicable, and in original packaging.

Custom branded apparel, including embroidered, printed, heat-transferred, patched or labelled garments, cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty or supplied incorrectly.

Sizing can vary between brands, garment styles and suppliers. It is the customer’s responsibility to check sizing guides, request samples if needed, and approve final sizes before production.

Size exchanges are not guaranteed, especially for branded, made-to-order, supplier-direct or imported apparel.

Section 9 — Setup Charges and Repeat Orders

Setup charges may apply to branding, decoration, artwork preparation, embroidery digitising, print setup, engraving setup and other production processes.

Repeat setup charges may apply to some products and decoration methods.

In general, Seeit Promo Australia may hold setup designs on file for up to two years from order completion. After this time, a new setup charge may apply and new artwork may need to be supplied.

We will advise of any repeat setup charges after the repeat order is reviewed.

Section 10 — Ink, Print and Colour Changes

Where print colour, branding colour, position, method or artwork is changed after approval, additional charges may apply.

Ink colour changes, additional branding positions, additional proof amendments, revised artwork and production changes may incur extra costs.

Section 11 — Samples

Samples may be available on request and will be invoiced when sent.

Samples must be returned within 10 days of receiving them unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Samples must be returned in the same condition and packaging as they were received. If samples are not returned on time, or are returned used, damaged, marked, altered or without original packaging, the client may be liable to pay for the goods.

Freight costs for samples are the responsibility of the client.

If an order is later placed for the sampled item, a credit for the sample item may be applied at our discretion.

Section 12 — Under-Minimum Orders

A surcharge may apply to unbranded or branded items ordered below the minimum quantity specified for that product.

Under-minimum orders are subject to supplier approval, stock availability and production suitability.

Section 13 — Shipping, Freight and Delivery

Goods will be delivered to the business address supplied unless another address is specified in writing.

All shipping instructions must be provided in writing on every order or purchase order.

Where no freight company is specified, we will ship using our carrier network by what we consider to be the most practical, economical or suitable method and add freight costs to the invoice or order total.

Freight may include supplier freight, warehouse freight, split delivery charges, direct dispatch costs and carrier fees.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for shipping or delivery delays caused by suppliers, carriers, customs, stock shortages, strikes, natural disasters, production delays, incorrect delivery information, or events outside our control.

Orders for custom made, overseas, imported, decorated or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled due to delays caused by external factors once the order has been approved and production or procurement has commenced.

Insurance on goods in transit is at the client’s risk unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Section 14 — Supplier Direct and Dropshipped Products

Some products are sourced from or shipped directly by our supplier network.

Supplier-direct and dropshipped products may be subject to supplier stock levels, production timeframes, decoration schedules, return conditions, restocking fees and freight charges.

Where a return, claim or cancellation involves a supplier-direct product, Seeit Promo Australia may need to review the matter with the supplier before confirming the outcome.

Section 15 — Retention of Title

All goods remain the property of Seeit Promo Australia until they have been paid for in full.

Risk in the goods may pass to the customer once the goods are dispatched, collected, delivered to a carrier, or delivered to the nominated address, subject to Australian Consumer Law and any applicable written agreement.

Section 16 — Payment Terms

For new clients, payment may be required in full before the order is processed.

For approved account customers, payment terms will be confirmed in writing.

If an account is overdue, Seeit Promo Australia may pause new orders, withhold goods, suspend credit terms, or require payment before further work is completed.

Imported, indent, special order, custom, or large-volume orders may require a deposit, progress payment, or full payment before production begins.

Payment by direct deposit may be available. Credit card payments may incur a surcharge where applicable.

Section 17 — Cancellations and Alterations

Once an order, quote, proof, artwork, purchase order or written approval has been accepted, the order cannot be cancelled or changed unless agreed in writing by Seeit Promo Australia.

Any costs already incurred will be invoiced to the client. This may include artwork, setup, stock, supplier charges, freight, production, decoration, import costs, administration costs or cancellation fees.

Section 18 — Returns, Credits and Claims

Returns, credits, claims and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy.

In the unlikely event of a claim, only written claims submitted within the timeframe stated in our Returns and Refunds Policy will be considered.

Returned goods will not be accepted unless Seeit Promo Australia has acknowledged your claim in writing and advised you to return the goods.

Goods must be returned before a credit, replacement or refund is issued, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Section 19 — Product Warranty

Products and garments supplied by Seeit Promo Australia may be covered against defects in materials and workmanship, subject to the relevant supplier or manufacturer warranty.

Where applicable, garments may be warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for up to three years from the original purchase date, excluding normal wear and tear.

If a product fails due to a confirmed manufacturing defect within the applicable warranty period, we may repair the product, replace the product, or offer another suitable remedy at our discretion and in line with Australian Consumer Law.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, improper care, negligence, incorrect washing, incorrect storage, normal wear and tear, fading, colour breakdown, material ageing, or general deterioration from use over time.

Section 20 — Indent and Imported Items

Prices quoted on imported or indent products may fluctuate due to exchange rates, freight costs, customs charges, clearance charges, supplier costs and local delivery fees.

Unless otherwise specified, importing charges are additional and may exclude sea freight, air freight, customs duty, clearance charges and local freight.

Imported, indent, custom-made or overseas-sourced products may be subject to longer lead times and may not be cancellable once approved.

Section 21 — Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions

Occasionally, there may be information on our website or in our communications that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping charges, transit times, product availability or branding options.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change, update or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time, including after an order has been submitted.

Section 22 — Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, graphics, logos, layouts, product information, photography, videos and branding, is owned by or licensed to Seeit Promo Australia and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, display, transmit, publish or use any part of our website or content without our prior written permission.

Seeit Promo Australia names, logos, service names, product names, designs and slogans must not be used without our written consent.

Section 23 — Customer Artwork and Intellectual Property

By supplying artwork, logos, trademarks, images, files, designs, text or branding to Seeit Promo Australia, you confirm that you own or have permission to use those materials.

You agree that the supplied artwork does not infringe the rights of any third party.

You authorise Seeit Promo Australia, our suppliers, decorators and contractors to use the supplied artwork for the purpose of quoting, proofing, producing and fulfilling your order.

You are responsible for any claims, costs or losses arising from artwork, logos or branding supplied by you without proper authority.

Section 24 — Third-Party Links and Supplier Information

Our website may include links, product information, tools, supplier content or third-party materials.

We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability or content of third-party websites, supplier websites or external resources.

Product information from suppliers may change without notice.

Section 25 — Privacy

Personal information collected through our website, quote forms, order forms or customer communications is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By using our website or services, you acknowledge that your information may be used to respond to enquiries, process quotes, manage orders, arrange production, organise freight and provide customer service.

Section 26 — Feedback, Reviews and User Content

If you submit reviews, testimonials, feedback, photos, comments, ideas or suggestions, you grant Seeit Promo Australia permission to use, reproduce, edit, publish and display that content for business, marketing, website and promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You are responsible for ensuring your feedback or content does not infringe the rights of any third party and is not false, misleading, offensive or unlawful.

Section 27 — Prohibited Uses

You must not use our website or services for any unlawful, harmful, misleading, abusive or unauthorised purpose.

You must not attempt to interfere with the security, performance, functionality or operation of our website.

You must not copy, scrape, reproduce, extract, resell or exploit any part of our website, product data, content, images or services without written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate access to our website or services if we believe these Terms have been breached.

Section 28 — Disclaimer of Warranties

Information on our website is provided for general information purposes only. While we aim to keep information accurate and up to date, we do not warrant that all information will be complete, current, accurate or error-free.

Except as expressly stated by Seeit Promo Australia or required by Australian Consumer Law, our website, services and products are provided on an “as available” basis.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or guarantee that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Section 29 — Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seeit Promo Australia is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, including lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, loss of opportunity, business interruption, replacement costs or similar damages arising from your use of our website, services or products.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability is limited to the remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.

Section 30 — Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Seeit Promo Australia, its directors, employees, contractors, suppliers, decorators, partners and service providers from any claims, losses, damages, costs or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our services, your supplied artwork, your infringement of third-party rights, or your violation of any law.

Section 31 — Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement, repair, refund or other remedy where a product has a major failure, is not of acceptable quality, is not fit for purpose, or does not match the approved description or order details.

Section 32 — Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that part will be severed to the extent required and the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

Section 33 — Waiver and Entire Agreement

The failure of Seeit Promo Australia to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

These Terms, together with any policies referenced on our website, form the entire agreement between you and Seeit Promo Australia regarding your use of our website and services.

Section 34 — Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia and the applicable laws of the state or territory in which Seeit Promo Australia operates.

You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of that state or territory.

Section 35 — Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms at any time by posting updates on our website.

Your continued use of our website or services after any changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
